I'm Kelly- a nurse practitioner and provider; but so much more. I'm a wife, a mom, a sister, a best friend, a daughter and a little bit of a nerd.​ 

My goal with Elevare is to be your confidante and friend through your health care journey. Let's remove the red tape of insurance and get back to how medicine should be practiced- in a personalized, passionate and holistic manner.​

 

As a nurse practitioner, most of my experience has been working in urgent care as well as primary care. My passion is people, and my sub-passion is weight loss and helping my patients on their journey.
